If you've been quietly asking yourself, "What's next?", you're not alone.
Maybe you've built a life you're proud of, but something about the way you're living it no longer feels quite right. You want more time, more peace, more freedom, more meaning, or simply more room for yourself, but you aren't sure what needs to change or how to begin.
The Your Time to Exhale™ Blueprint Challenge is designed to help you step away from the noise, reconnect with what matters most, and begin building a life you don't have to keep putting off.
You don't need to have your entire future figured out. And you don't need to turn your whole life upside down.
You need enough clarity to decide what matters now, make intentional choices about what comes next, and start moving toward it.
You've built a life you can be proud of, but lately you've found yourself wondering whether this is really how you want the next five, ten or twenty years to look.
You know something needs to change, but you're not quite sure what. Nothing is necessarily wrong, but the life that once fit doesn't feel quite the same anymore.
You've been telling yourself "later" for years.
Later, you'll slow down. Later, you'll travel. Later, you'll focus on your health, relationships, or the dreams you've quietly set aside. But later keeps moving further away.
You feel stuck in the life you've worked so hard to build. You have responsibilities, financial commitments and people who depend on you. You don't want to blow up your life, but you don't want to keep living it quite the same way either.
You've thought about making changes before, but work, family and everyday responsibilities keep taking over. You're tired of thinking about change without actually making it.
You want to make intentional choices before circumstances make them for you. Whether something is changing around you or you're simply ready for something different, you want more say in what happens next.
If you found yourself nodding while reading these, you're exactly who I created the Your Time to Exhale™ Blueprint Challenge for.
01 | STUCK
Something needs to change. You just aren't sure what.
Your life may look perfectly fine from the outside, and there may be a lot about it that you genuinely value. But something that once felt right doesn't fit quite the same way anymore. You find yourself wondering what you actually want from the next part of your life, but the answer isn't obvious.
You don't need to know before you begin. That's what we'll work out together.
02 | WAITING
You have some idea of what you want, but there never seems to be a good time to do anything about it.
There are real reasons to wait. You have work to do, bills to pay, people who depend on you, and responsibilities you can't simply walk away from. Maybe you've told yourself things will be different when work settles down, the kids need you less, your finances feel more secure, or retirement finally arrives. But the right time keeps moving further away.
Your Blueprint will help you identify what can change now, even within the life and responsibilities you already have.
03 | CIRCLING
You've been thinking about changing something for a long time, but you're still in the same place.
You've probably spent more time thinking about this than anyone realizes. You may have talked about it, journaled about it, researched possibilities or even made plans before, only to have everyday life take over again. At some point, more thinking doesn't necessarily create more clarity.
The Blueprint helps you turn what you've been thinking about into intentional decisions and a practical way forward.
DAY ONE | NOTICE
Get Clear on Where You Are
Before deciding what's next, you need an honest picture of where you are now.
We'll step away from the noise and look at what's working, what isn't, what's changed, and which parts of your life may have been getting less attention than they deserve.
We'll explore where your time and energy are going, what you've outgrown, and what you find yourself wanting more of.
You'll leave Day One with: A clearer picture of what needs your attention now.
DAY TWO | PAUSE
Decide What You Actually Want
This is where we stop automatically asking, "What should I do?" and start asking better questions.
- What matters to you now?
- What do you want more of?
- What are you ready to stop postponing?
- What's genuinely preventing you from moving forward, and what have you simply assumed can't change?
We'll narrow the possibilities and begin turning reflection into choices.
You'll leave Day Two with: at least 3 intentional decisions about what you want to change, pursue, protect or stop postponing.
DAY THREE | CHOOSE & COMMIT
Build Your 90-Day Blueprint
Clarity matters. But clarity without action can easily become another year of thinking about the life you want.
On Day Three, we'll turn your decisions into a realistic 90-day Blueprint. We'll identify priorities, next steps, potential obstacles and what needs to happen first.
And we'll build it around your actual life, including your responsibilities, relationships, finances, work and circumstances.
You'll leave Day Three with: Your personal 90 day Blueprint and a clear first step.

Live Q&A
I Know What It's Like to Want a Different Life and Feel Completely Stuck in the One You've Built

For years, I craved a quieter, more balanced and peaceful life. I wanted to get off the treadmill and have more time, more freedom and more space to travel, think, breathe and actually enjoy the life I was working so hard to maintain.
But I also felt incredibly stuck.
This wasn't a life someone else had imposed on me. It was a life I had worked hard to create. I had built a successful career, a family and a home. I had financial responsibilities and people who depended on me. Wanting something to be different didn't mean I could simply walk away from everything I had built.
So I waited.
I told myself things might be different when work calmed down, when the timing was better, when I felt more certain or when making a change seemed less risky. I kept imagining some future point when there would finally be enough space, security or permission to live differently.
Except life didn't wait for me to make that decision.
After years of pushing through stress and an earlier burnout event, I burned out again. This time, my body had finally had enough. I couldn't keep doing what I had been doing, and the decision I had struggled to make for myself was suddenly one I could no longer avoid. I realized that life was short and the years kept creeping up on me and if I wanted a shift, I had to start making changes sooner than later.
Recovery gave me something I hadn't had when I was caught up in the day to day demands of my life: the space to really think about what I wanted. I began to understand that I didn't necessarily need an entirely different life. But I did need to make different decisions about how I wanted to live it.
I needed to get clear about what mattered to me now. I needed to decide what I wanted more of, what I was no longer willing to keep postponing and what I was actually prepared to change. Then I needed to begin building toward it intentionally.
That's a big part of why I created Your Time to Exhale™.
I don't believe you should have to wait for burnout, retirement, a health scare or diagnosis, a job loss, an empty nest or some other major life event to finally ask yourself what you want from the next part of your life.
The best time to make an intentional life decision is before life makes it for you.
Maybe you don't need to escape the life you've built. Maybe there is a lot about it that you want to keep. But you also don't have to wait until something forces you to change before you start making room for the life you actually want to live.
Hi, I'm Tammy.
For more than thirty years, I've helped people navigate uncertainty, leadership, burnout, change, and some of life's biggest decisions.
I began my career as an emergency room nurse, where I learned that life can change in an instant. Later, I served as an executive leader, leadership coach, facilitator, and speaker, helping leaders and organizations navigate constant change.
Through every role, I noticed something surprisingly consistent. Many successful people weren't looking for more achievement.
They were looking for permission to pause long enough to ask,
"What do I actually want?"
That's why I created Your Time to Exhale™. Not to tell people what their next chapter should look like but to help them figure out what they truly want to create and to build it intentionally.

No. In fact, you may be here precisely because you know something needs to change but you can't quite put your finger on what that is yet. The first part of the Blueprint process is designed to help you look at where you are now, what may have changed for you, and what you want more of in this next part of your life. You don't need to arrive with the answers. We'll create the space and structure to start finding them.
You'll leave with more than ideas about what you might want to change. By the end of the Challenge, you'll have identified what matters most to you right now, made three intentional decisions about what you want to change, pursue, protect or stop postponing, and created a realistic 90 day Blueprint for beginning to move forward. You'll also know the first steps you're ready to take when the Challenge ends.
That's exactly the kind of situation the Blueprint is designed to help you work through. Most of us have real responsibilities, including work, finances, family, relationships and commitments that can't simply be set aside. This isn't about pretending those things don't exist or encouraging you to blow up the life you've built. It's about getting clear about what you want and looking honestly at what you can begin changing now, what may take longer, and what would need to happen to make something different possible.
You don't need to be. You may discover that what you want isn't a completely different life at all. There may be things about the life you've built that you deeply value and want to protect. The purpose of the Challenge is to help you understand what you want to keep, what you want to change and what you've been postponing, so that the decisions you make reflect what matters to you now.
No. You might be thinking about retirement, but you could just as easily be reconsidering your career, coming through a period of burnout, adjusting to your children needing you differently, or simply realizing that you don't want the next five or ten years to look exactly like the last five or ten. You don't need a major transition happening around you to decide that you want to be more intentional about what happens next.
No. The Blueprint Challenge is a coaching and guided decision making experience focused on where you are now, what you want and what you want to do next. We may talk about things like burnout, identity, work, relationships or life transitions because they can influence the decisions we make, but the Challenge isn't therapy, counselling or mental health treatment.
No. There will be opportunities for conversation and live coaching, but you're always in control of how much you choose to share. Much of the work happens through your own reflection and Blueprint exercises. You can benefit from the experience without telling a room full of people the details of your life.
Then you may be exactly where the CIRCLING section describes. Sometimes the problem isn't that we haven't thought enough. We've thought, researched, talked, journaled and considered the possibilities, but we still haven't made a decision. The Blueprint gives that thinking somewhere to go by helping you turn it into choices, priorities and a practical plan for the next 90 days.
No. I don't know what the right life looks like for you, and I don't believe anyone else should make that decision for you. My role is to help you ask better questions, challenge some of the assumptions that may be keeping you stuck, and give you a process for making intentional decisions that fit your actual life.
No. The Blueprint Challenge is designed to deliver a complete and valuable experience on its own.
At the end, I'll let you know about additional ways we can continue working together if you're interested, but there is absolutely no obligation or pressure.
I understand that plans can change. Because the Blueprint Challenge is a live experience with a limited number of participants, registrations can be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the Challenge begins. After that date, registrations are non refundable, but if something unexpected prevents you from attending, you may transfer your registration to a future Blueprint Challenge.
Your Blueprint Workbook and any materials you'll need for the Challenge will be sent to you by email a few days before we begin.
This is the first live cohort of the Your Time to Exhale™ Blueprint Challenge, and I'm intentionally offering it at a pilot price while I take the first group through the complete experience. You'll receive the full Challenge, workbook and Blueprint process. In return, I'll be asking for your honest feedback about what was most useful, what could be clearer and how I can make the experience even stronger for future groups.
